Job summary

Agero in Nashville, TN is seeking a Performance Manager to shape the service delivery strategy for its national network. You will lead initiatives to improve CSI, cut costs, and build strong partnerships with providers, clients, OEM dealers, and insurers.

Responsibilities include coaching providers, analyzing performance data, and coordinating proactive analyses to optimize network performance across zones. Travel up to 20% may be required as you expand relationships and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel required.
• Service-oriented approach to internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the overall service delivery strategy for an assigned network zone.
• Improve CSI, service delivery metrics, and reduce costs within the focus area.
• Coach providers and manage partnerships with clients, OEM dealers, insurers, and service providers.
• Coordinate targeted analyses to manage network performance and drive improvements.
• Lead master strategy for zone roles and develop action plans to improve performance.
