Job summary

Agero, the leading B2B driver-assistance provider, seeks a Performance Manager to craft and manage service delivery strategies for an assigned network zone. You will drive CSI improvements, cut costs, and coordinate with providers to raise performance and customer satisfaction.

This role requires 2–4 years in supplier/asset management or procurement, ability to work PST hours, up to 20% travel, and strong analytical and relationship-building skills. National pay range is $80,000–$90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supplier or asset management and/or procurement experience.
• Able to work PST hours to support west coast service providers.
• Previous service delivery experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Improve CSI and reduce claims expense through action plans.
• Coach service providers to improve performance within the zone.
• Communicate product and process changes to providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, OEM dealers, insurers, and providers.
• Coordinate targeted proactive analyses for network performance.
