Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to shape the service delivery strategy for a defined network zone. You will drive improvements in customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and partner with providers to meet performance metrics.

The role requires 2–4 years in supplier or asset management or procurement, with strong analytics, communication, and relationship skills. Travel up to 20% and PST hours are expected due to west coast coverage.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement related experience.
• Able to work PST hours to support west coast service providers
• Previous service experience in service delivery is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills are a requirement

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the overall service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Improve service delivery metrics, customer satisfaction and reduce costs in the zone.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underperforming markets and implement improvement plans.
• Coach providers and maintain relationships with clients, OEM dealers, and agents.
• Coordinate proactive analyses for managing network performance.
