Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to lead service delivery strategies for a large network zone. You will drive performance metrics, collaborate with providers, and align with clients to enhance CSI and reduce costs.

The role requires 2-4 years in supplier/asset management or procurement, strong analytical and communication skills, and up to 20% travel to engage with providers and clients. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills are a requirement.
• Up to 20% travel required.
• Service Oriented/Internal Customer Service

Responsabilités

• Develops and manages the overall service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Improves CSI and reduces claims expense through root cause analysis and action plans.
• Coaches service providers on performance and best practices to meet metrics.
• Maintains positive relationships with clients, OEM dealers, insurance agents and providers.
• Coordinates targeted proactive analyses to manage network performance.
