Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to design and oversee the service delivery strategy for a designated network zone. You will drive CSI improvements, reduce claims expense, and coordinate performance analyses with providers and clients.

The role requires 2-4 years in supplier or asset management or procurement, strong analytical and communication skills, and up to 20% travel, with some on-site onboarding in Medford, MA travel arrangements provided by the company.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement related experience.
• Able to work PST hours to support west coast service providers.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills are a requirement.
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel required.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage the service delivery strategy for an assigned network zone.
