Job summary

Agero in the United States is seeking a Performance Manager to create and manage the service delivery strategy for an assigned network zone. You will drive improvements in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost reduction by analyzing performance data and partnering with providers.

The role requires 2–4 years of related supplier or asset management or procurement experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supplier or asset management and/or procurement experience.
• Service delivery experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Customer-focused and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Improve CSI and reduce claims expense.
• Coach providers to improve performance.
• Coordinate competitive intelligence and market feedback.
• Foster partnerships with clients, OEM dealers, insurance agents and service providers.
