Job summary

You will connect quarterly check-ins, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning into a cohesive talent lifecycle, backed by data and AI-enabled insights.

You will craft enablement content and manager toolkits, driving adoption and measurable impact across leaders and teams in a fast-moving, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent management, performance management, or related HR fields.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement content and leader development.
• Ability to build programs from scratch and iterations with cross-functional alignment.
• Practical use of AI tools to enhance effectiveness and personalize experiences.
• Product-owner mindset with customer focus and adoption skills.
• Strong relationships with senior leaders and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy.
• Build scalable processes for performance management, goals, reviews, and coaching.
• Create scalable talent planning, succession, and data-driven decision support.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and tool landscape.
