Advocate Health is seeking a Senior Healthcare Analytics Manager to partner with Enterprise Reporting, developing dashboards and insights to drive performance across the revenue cycle.

You will lead analysts, ensure data governance, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable analyses for government reporting, integration efforts, and business development, while advancing enterprise performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle performance analysis, or strategic reporting.
• 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating analysts in a formal or matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated experience translating data into operational strategies and performance improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Reporting to ensure insights are based on trusted, standardized datasets and KPI definitions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and insight tools that track performance against targets and benchmarks.
• Conduct trend analysis, root‑cause analysis, and opportunity identification across revenue cycle functions.
• Facilitate performance discussions with senior leadership for identification and prioritization of enterprise performance improvement initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder requests into analytical deliverables supporting government reporting, integration efforts, business development, and service line needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop analysts; establish quality and consistency standards for insights deliverables.
• Ensure appropriate data governance, confidentiality, and ethical use of information.
