Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required in accounting, finance, actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or economics or related fields.
- 7+ years in health care services, statistical/financial analysis, or industry economics; 4+ years in data analysis/reporting.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, monitor, and improve organizational performance through data-driven analysis.
- Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Operations and other functions to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver enterprise performance reporting, dashboards and analyses for senior leadership.
