St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Patient Access Representative to manage the full registration flow for patients at outpatient and Emergency Department locations.

The role includes identifying patients, transcribing orders, verifying insurance, and handling real-time cash collections. The position requires strong customer service, data entry accuracy, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate/degree in healthcare-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for outpatient and Emergency Department visits.
• Identify patients, transcribe orders, verify insurance, and collect payments at point of service.
• Coordinate with practices and revenue cycle departments to ensure smooth patient experience and accurate data.
• Cross-train across locations and assist with Welcome Kiosk and MyChart enrollment.
• Assist with patient look-up, chart corrections, and referrals as needed.
