Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Lawrence, KS area. The RN will provide direct patient care, education, and care coordination in home or alternate sites, with travel as needed.

Qualifications include an active RN license in KS/MO, 3+ years nursing with infusion experience preferred, and proficiency in IV access. Perks include mileage reimbursement and PTO, with a strong company culture and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in KS and MO in good standing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV insertion and vascular access (PACs/ ports).
• Willingness to travel within service area; mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients and coordinate with care team.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment and implement safety interventions.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team and document POTs.
• Manage scheduling and communicate changes to the team.
• Coordinate patient care via approved company platform and on-call rotation.
• Document all encounters and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards.
