Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in De Soto, KS and surrounding areas. Provide direct home infusion nursing care, educate patients, and coordinate with the care team.

Travel across the service area is required with mileage reimbursement and paid drive time. Must hold an active KS/MO RN license and have at least 3 years of nursing experience, with infusion therapy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with KS and MO Boards.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience; infusion therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for allocated patients in home or alternate sites, coordinating with care team.
• Educate patients and care partners to safely administer home infusion therapies.
• Document encounters and ensure plans of treatment are completed per policy and state guidelines.
• Manage schedule and coordinate patient care using approved platforms; participate in on-call rotation.
