Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Gardner, KS area. The RN will provide direct care, educate patients, and coordinate with the care team in home or alternate sites of care.

Required is an active KS/MO RN license with at least 3 years of nursing experience, especially in infusion therapy and vascular access. Travel within the service area is expected, with mileage reimbursement and drive time benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing for Kansas and Missouri.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in peripheral IV insertion with high success rate.
• Experience accessing and de-accessing implanted ports (PACs/Port-a-Caths).
• Administering a wide range of infusion therapies (biologics, IV hydration, etc.).
• Advanced certifications (CRNI, IgCN) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage infusion therapies in home or alternate sites.
• Educate patient and care partner on home infusion procedures and safety.
• Assess home environment and modify plan of care as needed.
• Coordinate care with pharmacists, prescribers, and home care team.
• Maintain documentation per policy and state regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotation for continuous nursing support.
