Soleo Health seeks a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Baldwin City, KS and surrounding area. The RN provides direct patient care, education, and care coordination in home or alternate sites, following care plans and company policies.

Ideal candidates hold an active KS/MO RN license, 3+ years infusion experience, IV/port access skills, and willingness to travel within the service area; per diem schedule with mileage reimbursement offered.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in KS and MO in good standing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing with infusion experience preferred.
• Proficient with peripheral IV insertion and port access.
• Experience with infusion therapies (biologics, IV hydration) preferred.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and Office suite; familiarity with AlayaCare/CPR+ is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct infusion nursing care and education in home or alternate sites.
• Collaborate with care team (pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, care partners) to coordinate care.
• Evaluate home environment and ensure safe care delivery.
• Develop and update care plans; evaluate response to therapy.
• Manage scheduling and patient coordination via company platform.
• Document all encounters per Soleo policy and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation for continuous support.
