Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Ottawa, KS area. You will provide direct patient care, assessments, and education in home or alternate sites, following care plans and standards.

The role requires an active RN license in KS/MO, BSN preferred, and 3+ years of nursing experience with infusion therapy. Travel within service area and on-call rotation are expected, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the State of Kansas and Missouri Boards.
• BSN preferred from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience, infusion therapy preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in peripheral IV insertion with high first-pass success.
• Experience with ports (PACs/Port-a-Caths) and troubleshooting vascular access.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of infusion therapy in home/alternate sites.
• Educate patient and care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy and provide instruction.
• Assess home environment and identify interventions to ensure safe and appropriate care.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with other team members; evaluate response to therapy.
• Coordinate patient care via approved company platform and manage scheduling.
