Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our patients in Spring Hill, KS. This role involves direct patient care and education for infusion therapy services provided at home.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license in good standing for Kansas and Missouri, along with 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, especially in infusion. Candidates must be available for a flexible schedule and willing to travel to patient locations.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in good standing in Kansas and Missouri.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, particularly in infusion therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in peripheral IV insertion with a 90%+ success rate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments and care planning.
• Educate patients/care partners on safe administration of infusion therapy.
• Coordinate patient care via approved company platform.
