Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Eudora area and surrounding communities. You will provide direct home infusion care, educate patients and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective therapy.

Requirements include an active RN license in Kansas and Missouri, 3+ years nursing with infusion experience, and strong IV access skills. Travel within the service area is required; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Kansas and Missouri in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including infusion therapy in home/alternate sites.
• Document all patient encounters and care activities per policy and state guidelines.
