Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Independence, KS area and surrounding regions. The nurse provides primary patient care, assessments, and education in home or alternate sites, coordinating with the care team.

Requirements include an active RN license in KS and MO, BSN preferred, and 3+ years of clinical nursing with infusion experience. Travel within the service area is expected, with mileage reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (KS & MO).
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing with infusion therapy experience preferred.
• Expertise with peripheral IV insertion and port access (PACs).
• Experience with infusion therapies including biologics, Ig, IV hydration preferred.
• Advanced certifications (CRNI/IgCN) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and infusion therapy coordination with care team.
• Educate patient and caregiver on home infusion safety and procedures.
• Assess home environment for safety and care readiness.
• Develop and evaluate the care plan with the team.
• Manage schedule via company platform and communicate changes.
• Coordinate patient care through approved company tools.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation for coverage.
• Document all encounters and care activities per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, standards.
• Ensure timely POTs and required documentation to branch.
