Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Eudora, KS area and surroundings. This role delivers primary patient care in the home or alternate sites, including assessments, planning, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with the care team, document encounters, and travel within the service area as needed. KS and MO RN licenses are required; BSN preferred; 3 years of clinical nursing with infusion

Qualifications

• Current RN license in KS and MO, in good standing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, infusion preferred.
• Proficient with peripheral IV (PIV) insertion with high success.
• Experience with implanted ports (PACs/Port-a-Caths) troubleshooting.
• Experience administering various infusion therapies (biologics, IV meds).
• Advanced certifications (CRNI, IgCN) preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational and patient education skills.
• Available for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver''s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct infusion care and initiate/maintain communication with the care team.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care with the team.
• Manage scheduling and notify changes to the team.
• Coordinate patient care via approved company platform.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation.
• Document encounters and care activities per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols and standards.
• Ensure POTs and clinical documents are completed and submitted timely.
