Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Lawrence, KS area. You will provide direct patient care, assess and educate patients, and coordinate care with the care team in home or alternate settings.

Requirements include an active RN license in KS and MO, BSN preferred, and 3+ years nursing with infusion experience. Travel and on-call availability are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing in KS/MO.
• BSN degree preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• Strong vascular access skills including PIV and implanted ports.
• Experience with home infusion therapy and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home or alternate sites.
• Coordinate with care team members and document care plans and POTs.
• Manage scheduling and travel to patient locations within service area.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support ongoing patient care.
