Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Spring Hill, KS area and surrounding communities. You will deliver direct patient care, educate families, and coordinate care across the care team in home settings.

The role requires an active RN license in KS/MO, 3+ years of clinical nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred, and proficiency with IV access devices.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the State of Kansas and Missouri Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, infusion therapy preferred.
• Skilled in peripheral IV (PIV) insertion with high first-attempt success.
• Experience accessing and de-accessing implanted ports (PACs).
• Experience with a range of infusion therapies including biologics and IV hydration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients, coordinating with the care team.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion procedures.
• Assess home environments and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate plans of care with the team.
• Manage schedule and coordinate via approved company platform.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support nursing services.
• Document encounters and maintain compliance with policy and state guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
