Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Lee’s Summit, MO and surrounding areas. The RN provides direct patient care, assessments, education, and care planning for home infusion therapies in accordance with clinical standards.

Requires active RN license in KS/MO and 3+ years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred. Travel within service area, flexible schedule, and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with KS/MO Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience with infusion therapy experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in peripheral IV insertion and vascular access.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education for infusion therapy in home/alternate sites.
• Evaluate and educate patient/care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Develop and monitor plan of care with the team; update POTs and documentation.
• Coordinate care via approved company platform and communicate scheduling changes.
• Maintain documentation of all patient encounters per policy.
