Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Blue Springs, MO and surrounding area. The role delivers direct patient care, assessments, and education in home or alternate site settings, adhering to care matrices and best practices.

You will collaborate with care team members, manage plans of treatment, and participate in on-call rotations. RN license in KS/MO required, 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred; willing to travel; BSN

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (KS/MO Board).
• BSN preferred from accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience; infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV insertion and port access.
• Ability to travel within service area; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage infusion therapy in home or alternate site.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, and care partners.
• Educate patients and care partners on safe home infusion administration.
• Develop and evaluate care plans and response to therapy.
• Maintain documentation per policy; schedule via approved platform.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure regulatory compliance.
