Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Independence, KS area. You will provide primary care, education, and care coordination for home infusion therapies, working a flexible schedule with 10–20 hours per week and travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas and Missouri.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV insertion and port access.
• Willingness to travel within the service area; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients, initiating and coordinating care with the team.
• Educate patients and care partners on safe home infusion administration.
• Evaluate home environment and implement safety interventions.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care and response to therapy.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate care via company platform.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation for continuous support.
• Document all encounters and care activities per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards.
• Ensure plans of treatment and clinical documents are submitted timely.
