Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Oak Grove, MO and surrounding areas. The role provides primary patient care, including assessments, care planning, education, and collaboration with the care team in home or alternate sites.

Responsibilities include administering IV therapies, educating patients, documenting care, and coordinating with the care team. Travel within the service area is required; RN license in KS/MO is required with BSN preferred and

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (KS/MO Board).
• BSN preferred from an accredited nursing program.
• 3+ years nursing with infusion therapy experience.
• Proficient in peripheral IV insertion and port access (PACs/Ports).
• Experience with a wide range of infusion therapies including biologics and IV hydration.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills.
• Willingness to travel within service area; valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and infusion therapy in home or alternate sites.
• Coordinate care with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners.
• Educate patients and care partners on therapy and safety.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the team.
• Manage schedule and communication via approved platform.
• Document encounters per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies and protocols.
• Ensure timely POTs and required documents.
