Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Parkville, MO area and surrounding region. You will provide direct care, educate patients and care partners, and coordinate care with the clinical team.

Responsibilities include managing infusion therapy in home settings, documenting care, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Soleo therapies and policies. Travel within the service area is required; flex hours and on-call coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with KS/MO Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing, infusion experience preferred.
• Demonstrated peripheral IV (PIV) skills with high success rate.
• Experience accessing and de-accessing ports (PACs/Port-a-Caths).
• Experience with various infusion therapies including biologics & IV hydration.
• Advanced certifications (CRNI/IgCN) preferred but not required.
• ICU/CC/Oncology/vascular care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking & patient education skills.
• Administrative oversight to monitor workflows and regulatory compliance.
• Emergency availability for evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Proficient with Outlook and MS Office; experience with AlayaCare, CPR+, Insight, Concur, Paylocity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nurse care for infusion patients in home/alternate sites.
• Educate patients/care partners on safe home infusion administration.
• Assess home environment & recommend safety improvements.
• Develop and evaluate plans of care with the team.
• Manage schedules via company platform and communicate changes.
• Document encounters and ensure regulatory compliance.
