Job summary

Soleo Health in Oak Grove, MO is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Oak Grove area. The role includes assessments, care planning, education, and direct patient care in home or alternate sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating with care teams, patient education on infusion therapy, IV and port access, accurate documentation, and adherence to Soleo protocols. RN license in KS/MO and 3+ years nursing experience required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (KS/MO).
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, infusion preferred.
• Expertise with peripheral IV access and port de-access.
• Experience with infusion therapies (biologics, IV hydration).
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and infusion therapy in home/alternate sites.
• Coordinate care with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion procedures and safety.
• Document encounters and plans of treatment per policy.
• Maintain SOPs and regulatory compliance.
