Job summary

Soleo Health is looking for a Per Diem Infusion Nurse in Pleasant Hill, MO. This role involves providing patient care, education, and support for infusion therapies in home settings.

You will work flexibly, offering about 10-20 hours weekly based on patient needs, with responsibilities including direct patient care and communication with care team members. The ideal candidate should hold an active RN license in good standing for Kansas and Missouri and have a minimum of 3 years of nursing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with infusion therapy experience strongly preferred.
• Must maintain an active RN license in good standing in Kansas and Missouri.
• Demonstrated expertise in peripheral IV (PIV) insertion with a success rate of 90% or more.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including assessments and care planning.
• Evaluate and educate patients on safely administering home infusion therapy.
• Document all patient encounters and maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies.
