Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Blue Springs, MO and surrounding areas. The RN will provide direct patient care, education, and care coordination for home infusion therapy, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical standards.

Responsibilities include IV access, port management, and collaboration with pharmacists, prescribers, and home care staff. Travel within the service area and flexible scheduling are required to meet patient care needs.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with KS/MO boards (US).
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, infusion therapy preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise with peripheral IV insertions and port access.
• Experience administering various infusion therapies (biologics, IVIG, hydration).
• CRNI/IgCN preferred but not required.
• ICU/CCU/ED/Oncology/Vascular/Cardiac care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills.
• Administrative oversight and regulatory compliance experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel within service area and cover evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned infusion patients in home/alternate sites.
• Educate patients and care partners on safe home infusion administration.
• Evaluate home environments and implement safety interventions.
• Develop and adjust plans of care with the team; monitor response to therapy.
• Coordinate care via approved company platform and communicate scheduling.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation for continuous support.
• Document encounters and care activities per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards.
• Ensure timely submission of POTs and clinical documents.
