Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Higginsville, MO and surrounding areas. You will provide direct patient care, education, and care coordination in home settings, ensuring safety and quality per approved care plans.

Requirements include an active RN license in KS/MO and infusion experience; BSN preferred. Travel within the service area is expected with mileage reimbursement and paid drive time.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (KS/MO).
• BSN preferred; infusional nursing experience is highly valued.
• Experience with peripheral IVs and port access is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home or alternate sites.
• Coordinate with care team and document encounters per policy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusions and safety.
• Maintain schedules and participate in on-call rotations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
