Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Grain Valley, MO and surrounding areas. You will provide direct care, assess patients, educate care partners, and coordinate home infusion services.

Required RN license in KS/MO, 3 years nursing experience with infusion preferred; travel and flexible schedule; IV access and port management skills are essential. Per diem role with mileage reimbursement and benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (KS and MO).
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience; infusion preferred.
• Expertise in peripheral IV insertion and port access.
• Experience with infusion therapies (biologics, IV hydration).
• Advanced certifications (CRNI, IgCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and infusion therapy in home/alternate sites.
• Educate patient and care partner on safely administering home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment for safety and appropriateness of care.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team.
• Coordinate care via approved platform and communicate scheduling changes.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation and document encounters promptly.
