Job summary

Soleo Health Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Odessa, MO and surrounding areas. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, assess patients, educate caregivers, and coordinate care for home infusion therapies.

Must hold an active RN license in KS/MO with at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, infusion preferred. Travel up to one hour (with potential longer trips) is required, mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (KS/MO)
• BSN preferred from an accredited program
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, infusion preferred
• Expertise with peripheral IV insertion and vascular access (PACs/Port-a-Caths)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage infusion therapy in home/alternate sites
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion procedures
• Evaluate home environments for safety and readiness for care
• Develop and evaluate the care plan with the team
• Coordinate care via approved platform and communicate scheduling changes
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation and document encounters per policy
