Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Higginsville, MO and the surrounding area, delivering direct patient care in home or alternate sites.

The role requires an active RN license in KS/MO, BSN preferred, and at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience with infusion therapy. Travel within the service area, flexible scheduling including evenings and some weekends, and participation in on-call rotation are expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas/Missouri in good standing.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing, infusion therapy preferred.
• Expertise in peripheral IV insertion and port access (PACs/Port-a-Caths).
• Experience with infusion therapies including biologics and IV hydration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home/alternate sites.
• Coordinate with care team members and educate patient/care partner.
• Assess home environment and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team; document encounters.
• Manage scheduling via company platform; on-call rotation participation.
• Travel within service area; mileage reimbursement per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards.
• Ensure timely submission of POTs and clinical documents.
