Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Employment Specialist to support individuals with IDD in Pennsylvania. This field-based role focuses on career planning, job placement, coaching, and long-term employment retention within the community.

The position requires strong collaboration with families, employers, and interdisciplinary teams, and emphasizes person-centered services, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Flexible scheduling is offered in a field setting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Experience with IDD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• CESP or ACRE certification within 6 months of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vocational assessments and develop individualized employment plans.
• Support job search, resume and interview prep, and onboarding.
• Build employer partnerships and provide on-the-job coaching and retention support.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance across service delivery.
