Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Experience with IDD or vocational services preferred.
• Proficiency in documentation systems and EHR software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vocational assessments and develop employment plans.
• Assist with job search, resume, and interview preparation.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and retention support.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and employers.
