OneWell Health Care seeks a Per Diem Employment Specialist to support individuals with IDD in achieving competitive community-based employment. You will conduct assessments, develop tailored employment plans, and assist with job search, resume and interview preparation, along with on-the-job coaching.

You will build employer partnerships, monitor progress, and address barriers to employment while ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• CESP or ACRE certification required within 6 months of employment.
• Proficiency in documentation systems and basic computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Conduct vocational assessments and develop individualized employment plans.
• Assist job search, resume preparation, interview readiness, and placement.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support for retention and success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
