OneWell Health Care seeks a Per Diem Employment Specialist in Allison Park, PA to support individuals with IDD in obtaining competitive, integrated employment. You will plan, place, coach, and support retention through person-centered services, in community settings.

Responsibilities include job search assistance, resume/interview prep, employer partnerships, and on-the-job coaching, with flexible, field-based hours and compliance with ADA and PA laws.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with IDD preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct job search assistance, resume and interview preparation.
• Develop individualized employment plans and coordinate with employers.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and retention support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
