Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement – Manager, Merger Integration & Carve‑Outs, seeks a Manager to join the MI&C team in Los Angeles. The role spans pre‑deal diligence through Day 1 readiness, integration planning, and post‑close execution for PE clients.

You will lead workstreams and drive performance improvements across finance, HR, supply chain, IT, and reporting, managing Day 1 and Day 100 objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in merger integration, business transformation and change management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in large client engagements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams or IMO focus areas (synergies, TSAs, Day 1 readiness).
• Design and implement PE client solutions across finance, HR, supply chain, and IT.
• Plan, execute, and drive Day 1/Day 100 objectives with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee client engagements from due diligence through post‑close execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies and staffing as needed.
