Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal’s PEPI MI & C team is seeking a Director to lead merger integrations and carve-outs on complex US deals. You will guide program management and drive synergies across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.

You’ll manage large engagements from Day 1 through close, shape integration roadmaps, and mentor teams in a fast‑paced environment. Travel up to 75% is expected. MBA preferred and candidates should have a track record of leading transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional consulting experience in merger integration, divestitures, or business transformation.
• Experience leading work streams in business transformation is required or a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; initiative and drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire Integration Management Office or a focus area (e.g., Synergies, TSAs, Day 1 Readiness).
• Deliver large, complex client engagements and implement creative business and technology solutions.
• Provide interim functional management as required and manage client relationships.
