Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager for Merger Integration & Carve-Outs within the PEPI MI&C team in Tampa. The role focuses on pre-deal diligence through Day 1 planning, Day 100 execution, and post‑close integration, delivering operational and strategic improvements for portfolio companies.

You will lead multiple workstreams, drive integration planning and organizational design, and interact with senior client stakeholders across finance, HR, supply chain, and IT.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional consulting experience in merger integration and related fields.
• Experience leading multi-workstream initiatives in large programs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; travel up to 75%.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence by identifying client issues and delivering recommendations within the engagement.
• Lead workstreams within IMO or focus area like Synergies, TSAs, Day 1 readiness.
• Lead large, complex engagements delivering business and technology solutions for PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Plan and drive Day 1 and Day 100 objectives including operational optimization and IT/finance integration.
• Oversee performance improvements and track progress against Day 1/Day 100 goals; adjust strategies as needed.
