Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager for Merger Integration & Carve-Outs within its PEPI MI&C team in the United States. The role spans pre-deal work through Day 1/Day 100 execution, with responsibilities across due diligence, integration planning, TSA, synergy realization, and post-close implementations.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in consulting, strong change-management and program leadership, MBA preferred, and are prepared to travel 75%+.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional consulting experience in merger integration and change management.
• Experience leading one or more workstreams in business transformation.
• MBA preferred and strong executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Identify client issues and deliver recommendations within the engagement.
• Lead workstreams within the Integration Management Office (IMO) as needed.
• Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements across PE portfolio companies.
• Plan and drive Day 1 to Day 100 performance improvements, including operational optimization.
• Oversee implementation of recommendations and track progress.
• Adjust integration strategies or staffing as required.
