Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of professional consulting experience in merger integration and change management.
- Experience leading one or more workstreams in business transformation.
- MBA preferred and strong executive communication skills.
- Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Identify client issues and deliver recommendations within the engagement.
- Lead workstreams within the Integration Management Office (IMO) as needed.
- Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements across PE portfolio companies.
- Plan and drive Day 1 to Day 100 performance improvements, including operational optimization.
- Oversee implementation of recommendations and track progress.
- Adjust integration strategies or staffing as required.
