Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Manager, People Solutions to oversee the execution and ongoing optimization of our Central People Operations function. You will lead and mentor a team, automate workflows, and coordinate with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership to fuel rapid growth.

You will establish SOPs, ensure data accuracy across HRIS, and act as the senior escalation point for complex employee transactions, driving improvements and cross-functional handoffs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience partnering with Payroll, HR, Legal, Benefits and Field Leadership on complex transactions and escalations.
• Proven track record of evaluating workflows, implementing process improvements, and integrating automation or AI tools.
• Strong communication and influence skills across functions to drive operational recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of People Solutions Coordinators and manage SLA performance.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy and maintain an audit framework for errors upstream.
• Drive automation initiatives including LLM-assisted intake and automated triage routing.
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable operational insights to leadership.
