Job summary

Metropolis seeks a Manager, People Solutions to oversee the execution, coordination, and ongoing optimization of our Central People Operations function. You will lead a team of People Solutions Coordinators, drive automation and AI initiatives, and partner with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership to fuel rapid growth.

In this role, you will establish SOPs, ensure HRIS data accuracy, and provide strategic insights through data analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations, HR Operations or Shared Services with leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with Payroll, HR, Legal, Benefits, and Field Leadership.
• Strong analytical and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine SOPs and daily delivery schedules to ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy across the employee lifecycle and maintain audit framework.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives, including LLM-assisted intake and automated triage routing.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex employee transactional issues and drive resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership on priorities and handoffs.
• Analyze field-level error patterns and drive corrective actions to improve data quality at source.
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable operational insights to the Director, People Operations.
• Manage and develop a team of People Solutions Coordinators, assigning workloads and monitoring SLA performance.
• Foster an inclusive culture with transparent communication and feedback systems.
