Job summary
Metropolis is seeking a Manager, People Solutions to oversee the execution, coordination, and ongoing optimization of our Central People Operations function. Reporting to the Director, People Operations, you will bridge frontline processing with leadership by driving team performance, automating workflows, and resolving complex transactional escalations.
You will lead a team of People Solutions Coordinators, partner with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership to fuel Metropolis’s rapid
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
- Experience supervising or managing a team.
- Strong communication and influence across functions.
- Expertise with enterprise HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or ADP.
- Experience automating workflows and AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee execution, coordination, and optimization of Central People Operations.
- Lead a team of People Solutions Coordinators and coach for performance.
- Develop SOPs and daily delivery schedules to ensure high-quality service.
- Ensure HRIS data accuracy and maintain audit framework.
- Lead automation and AI initiatives to improve turnaround times.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex employee transactions.
- Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
