Metropolis Technologies seeks a Manager, People Solutions to lead Central People Operations, guiding daily work, automations, and escalations. You will mentor coordinators, translate data into strategy, and partner with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership to fuel rapid growth.

You will shape procedures, ensure data accuracy, and drive AI initiatives while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing a team in People Operations or Shared Services.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG, ADP).
• Ability to drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine operational SOPs, schedules, and delivery.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy and audit framework across processes.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives to shorten turnaround times.
• Escalation point for complex employee transactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership on priorities.
• Analyze field-level errors and drive corrective actions at source.
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights.
• Coach and develop a team of coordinators, manage workload and SLA.
• Foster transparent communication and feedback systems.
• Lead cross-functional, large-scale projects end-to-end.
