Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Manager, People Solutions to oversee the Central People Operations function. You will lead a team of People Solutions Coordinators, drive daily delivery objectives, automate workflows, and resolve complex transactional escalations with cross-functional partners in Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership to fuel rapid growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, SOPs, and ensuring HRIS data accuracy while handling escalations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People/HR Operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience building and refining operational processes and data flows.
• Proven ability to partner with Payroll, HR, Legal and Leadership on complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain SOPs and daily delivery schedules for high-quality service.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy and build an audit framework to catch upstream errors.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives to improve turnaround times and efficiency.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex employee transactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership on priorities and handoffs.
• Analyze field error patterns and drive corrective actions to improve data quality.
