Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Manager, People Solutions to run and optimize our Central People Operations function. You will supervise a team, partner across Payroll, HR, Legal, and Field Leadership, and drive automation and AI initiatives to improve delivery.

You will lead data-driven decisions, scale processes, and ensure high-quality service with an on-site team four days per week. The role includes a base salary range of $115,000 to $140,000 annually and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR Operations, with supervisory experience.
Experience supervising or managing a team.
Experience partnering with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership.

Responsibilities

Establish, refine, and maintain SOPs and daily delivery schedules.
Oversee HRIS data accuracy and audit framework.
Lead automation and AI initiatives to improve turnaround times.
Escalate complex employee transactional issues and drive resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership.
Analyze field-level error patterns and drive corrective actions.
Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights.
