Job summary

Metropolis Technologies seeks a Manager, People Solutions to oversee Central People Operations, driving delivery, automation, and escalation resolution. You will mentor coordinators, translate data into strategy, and partner with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership to sustain rapid growth.

You’ll implement SOPs, maintain HRIS integrity, and lead AI initiatives to improve turnaround times and service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Shared Services with supervisory experience.
• Experience evaluating workflows, improving processes, and integrating automation or AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Strong collaboration with Payroll, HR, Legal, Benefits, and Field Leadership on complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine SOPs and daily delivery schedules for high-quality service execution.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy and maintain a robust audit framework.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives, including LLM-assisted intake and automated routing.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex employee transactions and drive resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk, and Field Leadership to align priorities.
• Analyze field-level error patterns and partner with Field Leadership on corrective actions.
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable operational insights to the Director.
• Coach and develop a team of People Solutions Coordinators and manage SLA performance.
• Foster inclusive, transparent communication and implement feedback systems.
• Lead large-scale operational projects end-to-end and establish cross-training.
