Vynca Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to support HR and Talent teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will keep our hiring process running smoothly, handle administrative tasks, and ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all people operations activities. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR/People Ops experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR/People Operations or recruiting coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and calendars.
• Send timely follow-ups to candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Track interview stages and flag delays.
• Assist with posting job requisitions and updating/closing roles.
• Conduct reference checks for candidates in final stages.
• Assist with background check requests and escalate discrepancies.
• Manage the shared People Operations inbox.
• Assist with leave management tasks and documentation.
• Contact tax agencies to resolve payroll/tax matters.
• Respond to unemployment/state forms requests.
• Support new hire onboarding, I9 administration, and orientation calls.
• HRIS and HR platform administration.
• Support ad hoc People Operations projects.
