• Serve as a point of contact for workers compensation claims.
• Assist Leave of Absence and accommodation requests; communicate with associates.
• Assist with benefits, open enrollment, and escalated inquiries.
• Manage unemployment claims and documentation; track to resolution.
• Process employee changes including movement, terminations and status updates.
• Collaborate on post-accident and pre-employment screening processes.
• Ensure timely I-9 reverification when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of HR trends and regulatory changes.
• Provide employee support for policies, benefits, hiring, and payroll.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation and daily timekeeping inquiries.
